Who are we?
Over Rood is a volunteer organization that assists entrepreneurs. Over Rood guides and supports self-employed persons with starting a business, insufficient income, payment arrears, debts, administrative arrears, tax (return) arrears and business termination for financial reasons.

Activities
For our location in Apeldoorn (in the Ondernemingshuis), with the Stedendriehoek and Veluwe region, we are looking for experienced (former) entrepreneurs and managers who want to use their knowledge and experience as volunteers to help the self-employed. The commitment is approximately 3 to 4 hours per week. This is an unpaid position with a fixed expense allowance.
We ask
As a volunteer at Over Rood you make a difference and help people regain their strength. Under your guidance, a client can structurally map his problems and choose the best possible solution. You get entrepreneurs out of a negative spiral and help them get back on track. You guide clients through a support process within Over Rood. The objective of each trajectory is to provide the client with resources so that he can make conscious decisions and show behavior to get out of the unwanted problematic situation.
As a volunteer at Over Rood you make a difference and help people regain their strength. Under your guidance, a client can structurally map his problems and choose the best possible solution. Of course you are not alone. Volunteering at Over Rood means training of at least four days. In addition to the training, there are all kinds of opportunities for further development.
