About Openluchtmuseum de Locht

Open air museum de Locht tells its visitors on 4 ha. and in 22 pavilions the - mainly agricultural - history of (North) Limburg. We pay a lot of attention to the cultivation of asparagus and mushrooms, (glass) horticulture and arable farming, and also pay attention to contemporary developments.
With approx. 250 volunteers, we want to grow in the coming years to approx. 50,000 visitors per year.
