We offer this educational assertiveness training course in 8 sessions for volunteers and residents of Apeldoorn. Register soon, as it's limited!
Do you hardly dare to express your wishes, ideas and boundaries?
Then join the assertiveness training 'In je kr8'!
During the eight sessions, you'll learn communication skills that will help you boost your self-confidence. We'll do this by formulating your own learning goals and practicing topics like expressing desires, learning to say no, and setting boundaries.
The course will start if there are enough participants and will be taught by Margot Schuurmans, teacher at Stimenz.
Course dates: Monday 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 September and 6, 13, and 20 October.
