Detailed description
Your role
You are the first point of contact for the various groups that use 't Veldhuus. These groups make a reservation with you for the use of one of the rooms in 't Veldhuus. You ensure that the areas are left clean after use and if this is not the case, you address this to the relevant group. In addition, you ensure sufficient stock of coffee, tea and other necessary resources. There is room for even more activities in 't Veldhuus. Thanks in part to your efforts, you will bring in even more parties to use 't Veldhuus.
This role is new for 't Veldhuus. This means that - in addition to the tasks mentioned above - there is room for own initiatives that add something to the community centre.
Your profile
You are flexible in your hours and days
you have a strong personality and you open conversations, listen and communicate easily with different types of people
you are digitally skilled
you have a good command of the Dutch language
We offer
A nice volunteer position for approximately 4 hours a week for a period of 1 year with the intention of extension. We pay an (untaxed) fee of € 4.00 per hour. Liability and accident insurance is arranged through the municipality of Apeldoorn.
