As secretary you are responsible for the formal correspondence on behalf of the club and communication from the board. You work together with other board members and volunteers to carry out your duties.
What challenges await you?
You take minutes of the General Members Meeting (1 x per year) and set the agenda together with the other board members. You take care of archiving and take care of the attentions in case of illness, anniversary, death, etc. The board meets every two weeks on a fixed evening to discuss current affairs and coordinate actions.
