Within the board of Manege Zandewierde we are looking for a treasurer to join us. The board of our foundation is concerned with, among other things:
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a treasurer who (of course!) has a lot of affinity with horse riding and/or the target group. An enthusiastic, motivated and enterprising person who feels responsible for the financial and administrative part of the foundation.
What are you going to do?
- Financial reporting (general ledger administration)
- Drawing up annual accounts, budget and coverage plan
- Accountant consultation annual accounts
- Debtor and creditor management
- Sending out invoices and making payments
- Actively participates in the board and board meetings (monthly)
- Helps determine the policy formulated by the board
What do we ask of you?
- Experience and knowledge in finance
- Accurate and reliable
- Ability to plan well and keep an overview
- Organizational qualities
- Able to work independently
- Good collaboration within the team (board and volunteers)
- Impeccable behavior, demonstrable with a Certificate of Good Conduct.
On average you will spend two to four hours per month in addition to our board meeting. In some periods you are a bit busier. The board meets monthly at the riding school. The board receives no remuneration or compensation.
