Wij zoeken rondleiders met een brede cultuurhistorische kennis of interesse die zelfstandig en vol enthousiasme een groep willen rondleiden
Ben jij die persoon met een brede cultuurhistorische kennis en/of interesse daarin? Ben je zelfstandig en haal je energie uit het goed inschatten van de achtergrondkennis en wensen van diverse groepen en heb je de ervaring en motivatie om jouw verhaal en de onderlinge interactie daarop aan te passen, zodat elke groep met een positief gevoel het museum verlaat? Voel je je thuis in een team van rondleiders waarin je van elkaar kunt leren? Dan zijn we op zoek naar jou!
Je bent open, geduldig, flexibel, proactief en nieuwsgierig. Je bent gevoelig voor behoeften van anderen en past je daar graag op aan. Je creëert een ontspannen en positieve sfeer.
Daarnaast ben je communicatief vaardig, hebt humor en je bent goed in het faciliteren van gesprekken. Je weeft meningen en opmerkingen van alle deelnemers gemakkelijk in elkaar.
Je bent beschikbaar voor minimaal 10 tot 15 uur per maand.
