Support the coordinator of the volunteer working group with the preparation and posting of vacancies and the selection of applicantsDetailed description
This is what you will do:
- You will work together with our volunteer coordinator within the volunteer working group.
- You will start supporting the volunteer coordinator by taking on administrative tasks online in consultation.
- After the training period, we will expand the tasks in consultation, depending on wishes and expectations.
- Together we will make the working group of volunteers into a well-organized working group.
Who are you?
- You want to commit yourself to people with chronic pain and their loved ones.
- You have experience in recruiting volunteers and organizing them.
- You enjoy building a network with it.
- You are a strong person and socially oriented.
- From your experience you can have both positive conversations and less positive conversations with (potential) volunteers and you also enjoy doing that via Teams.
- You have knowledge of working with Office 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel) and you are familiar with communication via Microsoft Teams or willing to learn this.
- You are in possession of your own laptop.
Where and when:
- Nice from your own place, we only work online and have regular contact with each other via Microsoft Teams.
- Apart from the few hours of online presence for consultation, you schedule your own time.
