Villa Marianna, our care villa. The home of our residents and where we as employees are guests and employed by this resident. We work from psycho-biographical care because a beautiful and meaningful day is what it's all about. We see the person behind the resident, with all his beautiful stories, his individuality and ownership. It is the resident who counts.
