Summary
A cheerful, sociable young lady of 26 years old, is looking for a quiet female volunteer with whom she can participate in trips and activities.Detailed description
She likes to walk, cycle and go on trips. She also loves to visit her sister. She will have to travel by car for this and it would be great if you could do that with her. If you have a driver's license, this would be very nice. She would also really like it if you would like to do something with her once every 2 weeks on the weekend or on a Wednesday afternoon. A lovely, long walk, a bite to eat together or shopping in the city: that makes her very happy. Our young woman is mobile and can speak clearly and clearly. She will socialize with you about her work and the tasks she does.
Our resident has an intellectual disability and Autism spectrum disorder, which makes it very important for her to be able to rely on someone unconditionally and that someone can be patient with her. What she needs is clarity and structure. Know that there is always guidance available to which you can request information, which will tell you who this young lady is, and which you can rely on at all times. They also ensure that there are means to carry out your activity (eg money for a treat, a duo / tandem bicycle, if necessary a car… .etc.) We also respect the regulations of the RIVM in the fight against Corona. -virus.
Are you patient, clear and do you stick to agreements? Can you offer safety…. Then you get to see a young lady who will be very happy to see you and find it super nice that you come for her. We hope that this will make you happy too and that you will enthusiastically sign up to meet her.
We offer volunteer work in an open organization, where the contribution of each volunteer matters. Volunteers can really mean something for the clients, you often provide that little bit of extra attention and contribute to the quality of life. Working as a volunteer at St. Anna is fun, satisfying, you make new contacts and offers the opportunity to gain experience in working with mentally disabled people. In addition to an introduction and a tour, we also apply a travel allowance, an attention scheme and insurance for volunteers. But you will be told all about this in the first exploratory conversation. If you are interested, sign up… you are always welcome!
