For the Sainte Marie location, we are looking for an enthusiastic volunteer who enjoys working with residents using the brain trainer.
Detailed description
The brain trainer stimulates the thinking skills and memory of our residents and that is fun.
It's a portable "computer" where you can touch the screen to play quizzes and games, or listen to music. This is a one-on-one activity with a resident.
At KleinGeluk, we never miss an opportunity to promote the well-being of seniors. As a volunteer, you're invaluable to us! Sharing small moments of happiness together makes people feel valued. That's what we do it for.
We offer guidance and, if needed, you can participate in workshops to develop new skills. You can start working for just a few hours a month.
Good to know: as a volunteer you are insured (third party liability and accident insurance) and before starting work we request a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG).
