We are looking for a walking buddy for residents of the Avondzon location of KleinGeluk.Detailed description
At KleinGeluk - Avondzon location, elderly people with dementia live who like to meet each other, have a cup of coffee together, but also want to have something to do.
For residents of this location we are looking for walking buddies. Some residents still walk independently and some are dependent on a wheelchair.
At KleinGeluk we leave no chance unused to promote the well-being of the elderly. As a volunteer, you are invaluable to us! Experiencing small moments of happiness together, so that people feel seen. That is what we do it for.
We offer you guidance and you can participate in workshops to develop new skills if necessary. You can start working for a few hours per month.
Good to know: as a volunteer you are insured (third party liability and accidents) and before starting work we request a VOG (Certificate of Good Conduct).
