We are looking for volunteers who enjoy visiting a resident, going for a walk together or just doing something fun.Detailed description
The Avondzon location is home to residents with dementia who would like to receive a visit, walk with a volunteer, take a nice walk in the neighborhood, or just have someone who has the time to listen.
You coordinate the times of the visits with each other.
At KleinGeluk we leave no chance unused to promote the well-being of the elderly. As a volunteer, you are invaluable to us! Experiencing small moments of happiness together, so that people feel seen. That is what we do it for.
We offer you guidance and you can participate in workshops to develop new skills if necessary. You can start working for a few hours per month.
Good to know: as a volunteer you are insured (third party liability and accidents) and before starting work we request a VOG (Certificate of Good Conduct).
