Are you confident and would you like to live in a home where you support young people towards independence?
Are you a student or working and interested in living in a house where you contribute to a pleasant and safe environment for young people who want to become independent? Then we're looking for you as a volunteer head resident! This is a good fit for someone who is already more advanced in their studies or work and is confident. This way, alongside your studies or work, you can fulfill a valuable and meaningful role, with impact, a friendly atmosphere, and a unique living experience.
Six young people (aged 16-20) live in a small-scale residential facility working towards independence. The length of stay varies, depending on their needs. They live with you, and as a volunteer head resident, you will create a pleasant, calm, and safe atmosphere at home. The boys are supervised by a team of youth care workers.
