Detailed description
Primary task is to facilitate local activities. Take care of internal and external communication, raise subsidies and funds. The Youth portfolio is, among other things, managed by BOR: Guided Access Arrangements For the development of children it is important that they maintain a bond after the divorce from their parents. Parents who cannot agree on the parental access arrangement during a divorce can contact BOR get support. There is also HomeStart and Mamacafe.
Job description:
- Responsible for the proper functioning of the activities. - Support the coordinators in drawing up plans and directing the activity. - Inform themselves about policy plans of municipalities and agencies in the field of welfare, care and services. - Develop initiatives for new activities within the framework of the departmental policy plan. - Manage the budget for the activities. - Maintain contact with the subsidy providers of the activities and the local network.Job requirements:
- Service institution. - Organizational capacity. - Administrative experience. - Knowledge and affinity with care and assistance in the region; know what requests for help there are (know the person seeking help) and which organizations are active in the field of care and assistance. - Knowledge and affinity with the association. Skills: - Ability to work in a team. - Good communication skills. - Involved (personally) in the requests for help. - Good oral and written communication skills.What do you have to offer the volunteer ?:

It concerns an unpaid board position within a voluntary organization on the move. Satisfaction lies in the fact that other people in difficult situations can be helped further by properly directing volunteers and coordinators and by consulting with municipalities.Working time:
