For our Home Administration activity, we are looking for an enthusiastic coordinator for Humanitas Nederrijn, Wageningen location.
Are you sociable, socially engaged, and do you enjoy guiding other volunteers? Then we are looking for you! For our Home Administration activity, we are seeking an enthusiastic coordinator for Humanitas Nederrijn, Wageningen location. You will fill this role as a duo with another coordinator, under the guidance of the Humanitas coordinator (professional).
Volunteer Home Administration Coordinator
Sometimes, people lose track of their finances due to major life events. The volunteers at Thuisadministratie provide them with temporary support so that they can continue independently. As a coordinator, you play a key role in this.
Do you have about 5 hours a week to spare? Or could your social life or CV use a boost? And do you have coaching ambitions? Then the position of Home Administration Co-Coordinator is perfect for you.
What are you going to do?
- You are the first point of contact for participants.
- You conduct intake interviews and map out the need for assistance.
- You match participants with suitable volunteers.
- You maintain contact with participants and volunteers and monitor progress.
What do we ask?
- Affinity with people and administrative support.
- Organizational talent and good communication skills.
- Empathy, patience, and a listening ear.
- Basic computer skills.
- Good command of the Dutch language.
- Available for approximately 5 hours per week for at least a year.
- Available on Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday morning (to be determined) due to consultation with the duo volunteer coordinator and professional coordinator.
