Job description:

Humanitas Wageningen is urgently looking for a buddy for men in their forties for the Tandem project. The gentleman has isolated himself for a long time, is very lonely and is in social isolation. Due to borderline, the gentleman suffers from mood swings. Gentleman needs a listening ear. He has been through a lot and would like to tell his story to someone. In addition, there is a possibility that the gentleman will move at short notice. We hope that you, as a buddy, can also help with the (online) search for a new home and making a moving plan.

Job requirements:

- you prefer to listen than to talk. - you are open-minded, you are not quick to judge. - you have an investigative attitude. - you can take the initiative and, above all, let the other person take it. - you enthuse, encourage but do not direct.
