Bianca has many virtual friends, but who really sees her?

Bianca is in her mid-forties. She is an introvert and says that she has difficulty making contact. Besides a good friend, who she sees regularly, she mainly has 'online' friends who live all over the world. Because of this, she often chats until late at night, which makes her get up late in the morning. She doesn't get outside enough and sometimes feels gloomy and lonely. She would really like to have a buddy who can come over for a chat or with whom she can go for a walk.
