The Home Administration volunteer at Humanitas helps people who have financial problems. You are a buddy / buddy to get the administration in order.
Detailed description
Do you enjoy helping people with money concerns get their finances back on track? We are looking for volunteers in Leiden and the Duin- en Bollenstreek who have good communication skills and an affinity with finances.
As a volunteer you support participants in organizing the mail / administration and you help to gain insight into income and expenditure and any debts. You also help with applying for social benefits, such as benefits or allowances.
Before you get started, you will be trained through an e-learning and two meetings. During the year there are also meetings with the other volunteers in which intervision is done and knowledge is shared. We ask for availability of at least one year. For about 2 hours a week (sometimes more and sometimes less).
