mevrouw moet naar het Dijklander ziekenhuis
Zij moet naar het Dijklander ziekenhuis in Hoorn voor controle bij de chirurg.
Ze heeft haar pols gebroken en waarschijnlijk mag net gips eraf. Mevrouw heeft namelijk wat extra begeleiding nodig omdat ze het aanmelden etc. niet zelf redt.
