We are looking for a secretary m/f for our board meetings (5 evenings a year).
Detailed description
The board of Hospice Apeldoorn meets five times a year at the Polkastraat location. For the role of note taker you are responsible for recording the discussion points. You record the agreements made in the action or decision list. In addition to a fixed agenda, you will receive the discussion points from the chairman. You send the agenda and other documents with an invitation to the board members. The meeting takes place on Tuesday evenings between 19.30 and 22.00. Of course, drafting the report also takes some time. You then ensure that all interested parties have the minutes and the action and decision list in their possession as soon as possible so that they can return their comments to you. You incorporate the changes in the draft version, which is approved in the next meeting.
