Who are we?

Hospice Apeldoorn is a volunteer organization, which is located in Apeldoorn (Polkastraat) and offers care to people in their last phase of life. Located in a former church building and recently thoroughly renovated. In addition to paid coordination, approximately 70 volunteers are active for 5 guests.

Activities

Maintaining the property and carrying out everyday activities together with the current manager.

We ask

Willingness to perform the above activities on a voluntary basis together with the current manager. Experience will come in handy. There will be no contact with the (terminal) guests, it is not a care function.

We offer

A very meaningful and satisfying volunteer work that will be greatly appreciated. No compensation, but travel allowance is possible.

Time use

Varies a lot, an average of 4 hours a week

Description function  

- keeping an overview of contracts with third parties

- monitoring implementation of maintenance contractscontract

- placing orders

- monitor stocks

- maintaining contact with suppliers and companies

- request quotes for products and services

- monitor safety in hospice in accordance with RI&E and ARBO requirements

- monitor hygiene in hospice in accordance with RI&E and ARBO requirements

- signaling malfunctions, defects, wear, etc.

- (have) rectified minor technical defects
