About Het Vandermolenhuis

The Vandermolenhuis in Lochem offers specialized small-scale care for people with dementia. Just like at home and affordable for everyone! The former primary school Prins Hendrik is located in the heart of Lochem. Daily Life has built a location here for approximately twenty people with dementia. The residents can enjoy their freedom here, but also find security and safety. Our healthcare team will be on hand 24 hours a day to lend a helping hand, so that everyday life can continue, as far as possible.
The doors of Het Vandermolenhuis are therefore always open, for a cup of coffee, a listening ear or an extended visit. There are no obligations with us. A good relationship with loved ones is very important to us. They are the most important link between residents and care providers. Informal carers know better than anyone what their partner or parent likes, how he / she wants to be cared for and how we can let life continue as normally as possible.
