PR management function

Our board consists of four members. We are looking for a PR board member. At the moment we have divided the tasks among ourselves. This is not a desirable situation, which is why we are looking for an enthusiastic PR board member.

You are responsible for providing and maintaining our external contacts. Coordinates and directs the activities of the members of the PR Committee, consisting of the webmaster and the distributor of press releases. You have contacts with institutions in the field of recreation and tourism to promote the bicycle guild and its activities. Maintains contacts with organizations, companies and the like in connection with subsidies, donations and sponsoring. Performs activities for the brochures, determining the circulation, requesting quotes from the printers and placing them after approval by the board of the printing order. Distributes and sends the brochures to the addresses from the address file.

You recruit sponsors, ensuring that the sponsor has a certain relationship with the activities of the cycling guild.

The board meets on average 4-5 times a year, there is regular e-mail traffic. Twice a year there is a meeting with the guides, the entire board is present.

As a PR board member you are not obliged to cycle as a guide for our foundation, but if you like it you are more than welcome to do so.

We have an expense allowance for some things.
