Do you agree? That conversations online are often so negative? On Facebook, Twitter and even on Linkedin. And also in Whatsapp groups and other places where we chat with each other. Even Wordfeud's chat sometimes goes wrong! Anger, outrage, sharing fake news, we see it all.

Online softening is desperately needed, because society is polarizing and interaction on social media and chat apps is hardening. Hardversoften believes that things can be a lot softer when more people are willing to have a healthy online dialogue. That is why Hardsofteners shares knowledge and inspiration to invite people to a pleasant way of communicating online.

We want to bring this inspiration to the attention of our target group; anyone having online conversations. Social media is an important tool for this. We are therefore looking for a social media professional to complement the team of voluntary professionals.

Hardversofteners is looking for someone who:

• knows how to translate existing content into attractive social media content, such as updates and stories
• is able to come up with new creative content for social media
• is creative and knows how to create visually strong content, using tools such as Photoshop (or any other tool you are used to)
• has knowledge of LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram
• Freely available 2-4 hours a week
• has experience, or wants to gain experience, with publishing tool Coosto
• stands behind the mission and vision of Hardversofteners
• is enthusiastic
• takes initiative and has courage
• works independently
•

Together with a fellow volunteer from Hardversoft you are responsible for the implementation and management of the social media channels. In addition, you can use the knowledge and expertise of the Hardversofteners crew. Experience and drive are more important to us than training.
