About HTOF
HTOF was established in 2014 by Joseph Mbwaga to provide a brighter and happier future for the impoverished and orphaned children of Igamba village and Kibaha Coast Region, Tanzania E.Africa. After fighting for survival on the streets of Tanzania himself, Joseph now maintains and continues to expand this sanctuary for the vulnerable. Read his story here.
While needs are constantly evolving as our organization matures our primary goals are:
i. Providing counseling and spiritual fulfillment to orphans, street children, disabled children and extremely impoverished families
ii. Providing a safe environment they can call "home."
iii. Establishing a feeding program
iv. Facilitating access to quality education in hopes of a brighter future
v. Facilitating quality health care
vi. Imparting in them a global mindset through interaction with international volunteers.
