Africa, Ghana is an incredible opportunity to immerse yourself into the local culture and get a behind the scenes look at what daily life is like in Ghana.
In the capital cities there are access to all basic amenities and world class ultra modern hospitals . . but not all people have access to better healthcare facilities in the rural outskirts.
A part from lack of better facilities there is also lack of experience health workers.
What WE DO
We work with the Ministry of Health, the Municipal Health Directorate, and Municipal Assembly Council to locate various clinics or hospital where extra hand would be needed.
We organize healthcare outreach programs to rural areas in our communities, where volunteers can also take part
What WE ASK
- Be at least 16 years on the departure date and needs parental consent.
- Be of physically and mentally healthy.
- Interested in others cultures
- Must be patient, flexible and reliable.
- Must have experience or basic knowledge of the program.
- Payment of ticket, insurance, meals(you can buy or prepare it by yourself or provide you with a chef who will cook 3 meals a day for you. *at a cost of cause*)

Cost INVOLVED
We at HAACF believe that you shouldn't pay for volunteering abroad, when you are there to help someone in need.
That is why OUR PROGRAMS
Are "FREE" meaning there is no placement fee, registration fee nor accommodation.
The only cost in this program is your meals. Which we will arrange a chef to cook you 3 meals a day.
NOTE:
***This is not compulsory *** for meal aspect.
Also it's currently possible to travel to Ghana, however CoVid 19 measures can change but we informed of any Changes.
