About Gymnastiekvereniging Brinio

On November 1 of the year 1886, a group of enthusiastic young people came together. They wondered what to do in Lochem. This gave rise to the idea of setting up a gymnastics association with Mr. W. Kolvoort in charge.
Gymnastics used to be more like a strength sport, so the name had to do with strength. It was thought of a leader of the Kaninefaten. This man radiated strength and his name was: "BRINIO". This is how the name of the association came into being.
Brinio has a wide range of different types of lessons. The lessons that are given weekly:
Gymnastics, jazz dance, bodyfit and fitness plus.
