Why choose if you can also get everything with you? That is possible, in the FOMO team! Communicate, organize and diversify! Then you help the green organizations not only to become more youth-inclusive, but also more diverse. (think of male-female ratio, non-Western background, education, voting behavior, etc.)

In the spring, join the national program team of the Green Traineeship. There you can:

• Let your creative talents flow in coming up with original ways to reach as many young people as possible from all backgrounds who want to make a green impact!
• Delighting your inner traveler. Cross the Netherlands and experience how the Netherlands can be made greener.
• Letting go of the organizational beast in you. Help organize a super cool national event for 50-100 trainees on July 3, 2021: workshops, lectures, you make it up!

In any case, you will get a unique look behind the scenes of IVN, Natuurmonumenten and other green organizations.

In short: your commitment

Choose or join everything.

• Event team: They organize the national day: devise an inspiring program, arrange the right people, arrange location, catering and logistics ... And all that within budget.
• Promotion squad: The ambassadors of the green youth of the Green Traineeship. You will visit green projects to collect content so that we can show as many young people as possible how they can contribute to a greener world!
• Diversity team: Think and determine how the Green Traineeship can reach even more young people / young adults. And put your teeth into a plan to broaden the target group, so that the (young) green world also becomes a diverse world.

In short: your impact

By inspiring and offering practical tools, you ensure that other young people and trainees contribute even more to a greener world. You also contribute to the ambition to make the Green Traineeship and the Green organizations even more diverse in terms of background.

When?

About 6 hours a week. The fixed working day is on Friday in Amsterdam at the IVN Nature Education office or in Amersfoort at Natuurmonumenten. But you also travel (in consultation) to other locations where Green Traineeships take place, which can also be on other days during the week.
