Will you help coordinate Gladly Done Breukelen?

The Help Service is a household name for many people in Breukelen and the surrounding area. Our Voluntary Emergency Service tries to help people in situations in which other institutions, family or friends can no longer help. These are simple services such as:

• Transport and/or guidance of the elderly, singles or people with reduced mobility to a doctor, hospital, physiotherapist, hairdresser, etc.
• Running an errand for or with a sick or elderly person
• Small chores in the house or garden
• Information about activities and organizations

Every year we are able to meet more than 600 requests for help. 50 volunteers are ready for this.

Do you have coordinating qualities and skills that you would like to use to continue emergency service for residents of Breukelen and the surrounding area in the future? We have been working together with HipHelpt Stichtse Vecht for some time now.

Do you come from the Breukelen area and do you find it challenging to use your coordinating qualities to continue the valuable commitment of Gladly Done? Would you like to do this in a working group of 8 fellow volunteers?

The Gladly Done office is located in the hall of the Heycopcentrum, 't Heycop 1a Breukelen. We are available on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9-10 am. One of the working group members is there. Feel free to drop by and inquire about our working method.
