Global Spirit, volunteering abroad with animals.
Project: Volunteer work with orangutans and wildlife in Indonesia: The main objective of this project is the reception of orangutans but also many other animal species.
We are looking for volunteers for this great project.
The activities include: preparing food and feeding the animals, refreshing drinking water, cleaning the accommodation, devising and making enrichment for the animals, health checks and observations, gardening / project tracking, helping 1x a week at a local school (games / English with the children), etc.
You work 5 days a week and at the weekend you are free to explore the beautiful surroundings.
Requirements are: minimum age of 18, 17 years in consultation and younger welcome if accompanied by a parent / guardian, able to communicate in English, have love and passion for animals, love nature and a number of vaccinations.
Accommodation: You stay in the nice volunteer house on the project and the meals are taken care of.
