In 2024 we will organize our anniversary of Rollercoaster Run to Fight Cancer and we will do so again on Saturday, July 8, 2024!
Detailed description
Rollercoaster Run to Fight Cancer is a fun run of 2 or 5 km, where you brave 3 attractions along the way. Participants are sponsored by friends, family and colleagues to raise as much money as possible for Fight Cancer. At the end of the day they celebrate the amount raised with a fun afternoon in the Walibi amusement park.
We are looking for many volunteers to help with this Run. The Run takes place when the park closes, but of course a lot of things have to happen:
- Building materials / decoration
- Register participants
- Handing out goodies, shirts, drinks
- Cheering on the sidelines, and of course checking whether all Runners are okay
- And so forth!
Would you like to come and help out for a day? You can enter the park earlier to enjoy a few attractions yourself! Please note that you can come with your own transport; When we are finished there will be no more public transport.
