We are looking for a buddy for one of our clients. He likes to go for a walk or to work with Lego.Detailed description
Alexander is a 50-year-old man with a mild intellectual disability.
Unfortunately he lost his mother not too long ago and with that also a line to the outside world.
Alexander is a gentle, calm man who likes to go out. He likes to make a tour through the center of Enschede and have a drink here on a terrace.
If the weather does not allow him to go outside, he also likes puzzling or making a Lego building kit.
Alex is always up for a joke!
If you would like to meet with Alexander for a few hours a week and do something fun with him, please contact us.
Preference is given to a male volunteer, but this is not a plus.

We encourage people to gain new experiences, discover things and do things themselves, so that they get the best out of themselves. We also activate others in the immediate environment who can offer support, such as parents, family, neighbors, friends and volunteers. This collaboration with the social network of people with disabilities is what makes our work interesting. Together we just go further and achieve more.
