You work together with the current webmaster. Being able to work well together is therefore of great importance. It is also indispensable for this position to have a backup. That is why the current webmaster sounded the alarm. He would like a sparring partner, support and someone to run things when he goes out with the camper. You are jointly responsible for the development and maintenance of the website. If there are technical problems with, among other things, the website, it is your job to solve them. External support from an expert is available for this.
As mentioned, knowledge is not everything. We work with WordPress and Elementor. You don't need to know everything about it. It would be nice if you can and want to quickly read up on these kinds of topics. And who knows, you may bring even more knowledge with you. Also of sustainable topics. Because that is an absolute plus in an organization that focuses on sustainability. If you have a substantive drive in that subject, your work as a volunteer will be even more fun!
