For the Dragon Boat Festival we are looking for a coordinator of the volunteers.

In the preparation you process all registrations, answer questions, make the schedules, and ensure that it is registered which items are ready for them at the festival (wristbands, lunch vouchers, etc.). And you help people remember to sign up again.
