Will you become the new chairman of Dorpsblad Bokaal?

As chairman you fulfill a coordinating role between the volunteers who are responsible for making the village magazine. We have volunteers who take place in the editorial staff, volunteers who make and assemble the newspapers and volunteers who deliver them. It is possible that things do not go well, that machines do not work properly or that people fall out. As chairman you are the person who can be approached and who ensures that all teams can do their job without any problems with sufficient staffing. You do this by contacting the people in the relevant team, arranging for replacement of machines and people, etc. You organize a meeting with the team twice a year (in February and November) and chair it. On average a few hours per month available, there are no set times, a meeting with the team twice a year. You are decisive, you can use a computer, flexible where necessary, and you are able to make a schedule and monitor it.
