Kinderen (en volwassenen) rijden 3 of 5 kilometer langs een leuk uitgezet parcours op de ijsbaan de Scheg. Jij helpt bij het klaarzetten van het parcours, staat bij de stempelpost, schenkt chocolademelk, deelt elfstedenkruisjes uit of helpt bij andere dingen die gedaan moeten worden om van die dag een succes te maken. Jouw hulp draagt bij aan het plezier van heel veel kinderen in Deventer.
About Deventer IJsclub
The founding of the Deventer Ice Club took place on February 4, 1879. More than a hundred years ago, the foundation was laid for one of the largest artificial ice clubs of this moment. Today the club consists of 3 departments, namely the Speed Skating Department and the Marathon / Recreation. Together they have 650 members. Each department has its own board and as the umbrella board there is the general board. Speed Riding Department. Ever since the Deventer Ice Club was founded, speed skating has been one of the most important pillars within the club. With 260 members, this is the largest department within the club, next to Marathon and Recreation with a comparable number. \n \nActivities \n \nSkating including speed skating, figure skating and marathon / recreational riding. The club also participates in various inter clubs and tournaments at home and abroad. And she has been organizing the International Paul Schoemaker Junior Tournament for years with participating teams from Germany, Poland, Ukraine, Belarus, Austria and the like.
