Unique opportunity! Deventer Doet offers training to be trained as a confidential counselor, provided by the Association of Dutch Organizations Voluntary Work (NOV). This training can also be used as additional training.
The VCP Confidential Contact Person
The Confidential Contact Person (VCP) offers volunteers the opportunity to talk in confidence about transgressive behavior. Consider for example; bullying, discrimination or sexual harassment. The VCP enters into conversation with the victim or accused and investigates where the person in question can go with his request for help. It also looks at how you can act correctly to stop the transgressive behavior. In addition, the VCP helps the board to prevent unacceptable behavior within the organization on the basis of policy.
