Summary
Deventer Doet presents in collaboration with NOV the 'expedition new faces'!Detailed description
How can your organization go through a change that ultimately results in more new faces? Because of course we all want new volunteers!
What does such a journey look like and more importantly, what does it give you?
- Just like any trip, we first plan the route. Together we will look for who exactly these new fun enthusiastic volunteers are.
- Let's explore together how your organization can adapt so that you are also ready for these new volunteers! We do this in a fun way and we explore the journey that your current and new volunteers go through.
- Knowledge. A lot of possibilities for new insights and new methods (design thinking, customer journey, culture research or Deep Democracy.
- You will receive the Jam Cultures board game from us. In this you will discover more about your organizational culture and how this influences the involvement of new faces.
- A lot of inspiration. From us but also from each other!
What can you expect from us?
- An intake interview in which we determine your focus and set goals.
- A lot of knowledge.
- Kick-off meeting with all participating organisations.
- Online sprint changes. We share, inspire and help each other.
- A copy of the Jam Cultures Game developed by Jitske Kramer (anthropologist) and Jacquelien Willemse (management consultant)
- Online closing meeting.
- And of course a lot of new fun volunteers for your organization!
What do we ask of you?
· Participation in the online meetings.
· Participation of at least two people in your organization. Someone on the implementation and someone from the board so that you can work together effectively at different levels.
· Playing the game Jam Cultures in your own team.
· Participation in the 'what you do' campaign to put your volunteers in the spotlight (you will receive materials for this from us)
We all want change! But sometimes change starts with you first. The travel advice is to sign up with someone from your board to go on an expedition together. Do you dare to travel with us?
Participation is free! We only ask for a bit of commitment and investment in time. Are you going to research?
Then sign up. Please note, we have limited places available.
