Especially for organizations that work with volunteers during corona time, we give partial sessions on a specific theme together with Directors Central.
A sharing session is a private meeting where knowledge sharing is central! In addition to general information and good experience examples, there is room to ask questions and brainstorm together.
The breakout sessions are a follow-up to the Webinar: "Volunteering in Corona Time" on October 29. It emerged through a live voting moment that no less than 80% of the organizations need follow-up meetings!
The first breakout session is about the theme:
" Digital meeting and collaboration "
We will discuss:
- Most used digital communication tools (such as Zoom, Teams, Skype and YouTube) and briefly how they work.
- Which programs and platforms suit which communication purpose.
- Sanne, Self-Direction Coordinator at the Friends Service, talks about their experience with digital meeting via Facebook and Zoom Meetings.
- Deventer Doet talks about their technical experience with Zoom Webinar and Teams, among others.
- The disadvantages of digital collaboration (such as overstimulation) and how to deal with this.
- Sharing experiences and dealing with issues.
