Wil jij graag iets betekenen voor ouderen

en hen helpen mentaal actief te blijven?

Dan is het begeleiden van Hersengymnastiek misschien iets voor jou!

Als vrijwilliger zorg je voor een gezellige sfeer en begeleid/onder-

steun je de groep deelnemers tijden de oefeningen.


• Een korte training en begeleiding, zodat je goed voorbereid aan

de slag kunt.

• Je hebt geen speciale ervaring nodig, alleen enthousiasme en

betrokkenheid.

• De tijdsindeling bepaal je zelf.

• Zinvol en maatschappelijk

About De Zonnegolf/ RTV Apeldoorn

De Zonnegolf used to be the local broadcasting station for the sick and elderly in Apeldoorn.
Now we actively support the elderly and organize
brain gymnastics sessions in nursing homes and
community centers.
We visit these locations once a month with a
program of questions and language games. These sessions
last approximately two hours.
We also organize De Witte Bedjes (The White Beds) once a year.
This is a fun afternoon for elderly people in Apeldoorn.
There are performances by artists, choirs, or dance groups, and
of course, there's a cup of tea or coffee with something sweet.
These activities are free for participants.
