As a board member you coordinate the activities of the volunteer visit and the volunteer activities. We are preferably looking for a secretary.
Detailed description
As secretary of our board, De Zonnebloem Velserbroek, we welcome you to our team. Together we ensure the coordination of people and activities. After consultation, your tasks would look something like this:
- Collect and send agenda points (by e-mail)
- Take minutes or record appointments
- Keep an overview of topics to be discussed
- Upload photos or messages on the website
Who are we looking for:
Someone who is interested.
Someone who is available 2 to 3 hours a week.
Someone who likes to work independently and at the same time likes to collaborate.
Someone who has patience and an eye for all kinds of volunteers.
Why is this important?
Thanks to a structured management, the volunteers can focus on their social activities: Bringing attention to your home if visits are not possible, maintain telephone contact, if possible, visit a garden center with a small group, e.g.
