Are you social, hospitable and do you like an inspiring environment? De Kapel in Bloemendaal is looking for an enthusiastic volunteer who wants to fulfill the role of hostess or host at various cultural events and rental activities.
About us
The Chapel in Bloemendaal is a warm, liberal community where connection, deepening and meaning are central. In addition to weekly meetings, we offer a diverse program with lectures, music evenings and cultural activities. Our atmospheric Chapel and garden are a nice place where people come together.
What are you going to do?
As a host or hostess, you are the point of contact for visitors during meetings and events in De Kapel. You welcome guests, give a short introduction about De Kapel and ensure that everything runs smoothly. Your tasks include:
· The opening and closing of The Chapel.
· Providing coffee and tea if desired.
· Give a talk about the history and function of De Kapel.
· Provide a welcome speech and show visitors the way.
· Check the space afterwards and leave it tidy.
Who are you?
You are someone who enjoys a social role and who likes to work in a special cultural environment. You are helpful, have an eye for detail and enjoy creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
