Voluntary help service “Graag Gedaan” in Loenen is part of the Apeldoorns foundation De Kap, an organization for informal help and offers voluntary help to people who need support in the home situation. See also www.dekap.nl

Volunteers from Gladly Done offer help to people at home, who cannot rely on family, acquaintances or neighbors for this help.
Activities
As a volunteer district coordinator you are the pivot in the voluntary assistance. You bring the requester and the volunteer into contact with each other and you supervise the voluntary commitment.
• You make a home visit to the person requesting help to get his/her question as clear as possible.
• You bring the requester and the volunteer into contact with each other.
• You maintain contact between the person requesting help and the volunteer.
• You identify problematic and undesirable situations and discuss whether action is required if necessary.
