Do you want to help someone to literally get moving again? Do you enjoy finding a suitable sport and guiding someone to this sport?

Activities

An exercise buddy works together with a participant in order to get some exercise. In a practical sense this can be done by practicing a sport together or by investigating which sport suits the participant.

 

Who are we?

MaatjesApeldoorn mediates and supervises contact between buddies and participants in the municipality of Apeldoorn. The buddy projects are organized by both welfare institution Stimenz and volunteer organization De Kap.

We offer

A volunteer contract with MaatjesApeldoorn, intervision meetings, training courses and other forms of professional development. We also organize a number of times a year a nice meeting for all buddies where we thank you for your efforts.
