Who are we? De Kap is a foundation for informal care. She is literally and figuratively at the heart of Apeldoorn society. From its beautiful location in the center of Apeldoorn, de Kap offers help and support in the home situation. This concerns care and support for which insufficient or no appeal can be made to formal care or the social network.
Activities
We regularly look for volunteers who like to go cycling with someone.
