Who are we?
De Kap is a foundation for informal care. She is literally and figuratively at the heart of Apeldoorn society. De Kap offers help and support in the home situation. This concerns care and support for which insufficient or no appeal can be made to formal care or the social network. De Kap facilitates and supports and is based on people's own strength. It is there for those seeking help, volunteers and carers.
Activities
You do the shopping for someone who can no longer do it themselves and has no one around who can do this for him.
Sometimes the person wants to come along and you do the shopping together.
We ask
A moment of your time, in consultation with both parties.
