As a volunteer, you guide people who need support after the loss of their partner. You know from your own experience what loss can cause.Detailed description
That is why you understand better than anyone that everyone grieves in their own way and at their own pace. You know what the other person is going through. It is this personal involvement that makes the contact so valuable. Because recognition, acknowledgment and support provide comfort. You visit people at home for six months to a year and, if necessary, do something together. You are open to people and respect everyone's beliefs.

Given the age structure of the existing group of volunteers, we prefer volunteers under the age of 65.
