The duties of the Decoratelier Coordinator include:
· Organizing the daily affairs in the Decoration Atelier and ensuring that employees work safely.
· Supervise the maintenance of tools, machines and building.
· Purchasing materials.
· Maintaining contacts with the associations about the sets and other materials to be built, including the safety requirements to be imposed and the financial settlement.
· Actively approaching potential new clients.
The Decoratelier Coordinator has a seat on the General Board of the VG, participates in the meetings of this board (approx. 10 times a year) and reports on current developments.
Job requirements:
· Good communication and social skills.
· Technical background, at least at MBO level.
· Experience in preparing simple budgets.
· Able to convert the client's wishes into construction drawings for the volunteers.
· Experience with leadership in a project-based approach to assignments.
