In our daytime activities (the Werkplaats) in Maasbree, we are looking for an enthusiastic volunteer who is not averse to rolling up his sleeves.
Our participants receive daytime activities in our workshop in Maasbree. As an assistant foreman you will help with all occurring activities in the Workshop. You are part of a young and enthusiastic team. Throughout the year we have various fun activities such as the staff day, Christmas lunch and the like.
We ask:
Has a valid driver's license
Able to work together, receive instruction and contribute to a positive atmosphere,
Has relevant skills; being able to deal creatively with changes, being hospitable, being able to listen and creating atmosphere,
Openness, honesty and perspective,
Able to take control and provide structure in an appropriate manner,
Able to guard one's own boundaries and to keep volunteering and private life separate
Tasks
Transport residents to the daytime activities in Maasbree,
Supporting participants with odd jobs in the workplace.
